Delivery

PAINTZ endevour to dispatch all orders within two working days of payment being received. All orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class and you will receive an email (to the address provided at the time of ordering) to let you know it has been dispatched. You can also log in to Google Checkout at any time to track the status of your order.

Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver the next working day, including Saturday. If you have not received your order within 7 working days from the date of dispatch please contact us.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in North-West London. Delivery times to overseas countries will be be longer and vary. You may be liable for local taxes or customs duties. If you are outside the UK and have not received your order please wait until 30 days from the date of dispatch before contacting us.

 

Returns

You have the right to change your mind about your order within 7 days of receiving the items. Providing the items you wish to return are unopened and in the same condition as which they were sold, you may return them to us for a full refund. If you live in the European Union we will also refund the original delivery charge. We will not pay the delivery and packaging costs for returning the items unless they are faulty or the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund an item that has been opened unless it is faulty.

If you would like to return an item you must notify us in writing and we will email you within two working days with details of where to send your return. PAINTZ cannot take responsibility for any item lost or damaged during the returns process and recommends you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and any necessary compensatory cover for the items. Upon receipt of your return, or within 30 days at the latest, we will refund your original payment method.

 

Payment

For your security we use Google Checkout. Google Checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard and Solo cards. Payment from your card is taken securly via Google Checkout as per the terms and conditions provided to you at time of checkout. At no point do PAINTZ have access to your card details. The only information PAINTZ will access are your name and contact details, as provided at the time of checkout. Google Checkout will give the option of keeping your email confidential in which case all communications regarding your order will be forwarded to you via Google Checkout.

 

Prices

The prices listed on this website are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of delivery. If you live outside the EU you will not be charged VAT and 17.5% will be deducted from the cost of your items at the checkout. PAINTZ reserve the right to change the prices and delivery charges on this website at any time.

 

Your details

PAINTZ do not process or hold your payment card information. Your payment is processed by Google Checkout and the only information which will be supplied to PAINTZ are your name and contact details, as provided at the time of checkout. Google Checkout will give the option of keeping your email confidential in which case all communications regarding your order will be forwarded to you via Google Checkout. If you have selected to keep your email address confidential It is important you do not deactivate emails from PAINTZ until your order has been fulfilled or you will not receive emails regarding the fulfillment and dispatch of your order.

PAINTZ will only use the information provided to us at the time of checkout to contact you regarding your order and will not pass any information to a third party. We will only use your email address to send you promotional emails if you select the box agreeing to this at the time of checkout.
