PC-Woody® - buy online

An epoxy paste formulated to replace missing and rotted wood. It has structural strength greater than most wood. PC- Woody is a permanent wood repair product for interior and exterior applications. This epoxy is made from real wood and has many characteristics of wood. PC-Woody formulation provides extended working time, for large and critical jobs, which allows the user time to reposition work or make changes. High 'wet grab' or tack of PC-Woody makes overhead and sidewall work easy without drip or sag. PC- Woody demonstrates excellent resistance to all weather elements, mildew dry rot, UV light, fresh and salt water, and also chemicals present in pressure-treated wood. PC-Woody can be tinted and stained.

Repair uses: Furniture, window & door sills, log homes and much more.

Note: PC-Woody will not bond to wax paper, Teflon®, Polyethylene, and some other plastics. There are hundreds of plastics in thousands of combination. Test a small area when in doubt.

 

PC-Petrifier® - buy online

A single component adhesive wood hardener, formulated to fully penetrate and revitalize rotted wood. Modern technology has allowed PC-Products to develop a water based wood consolidant that is environmentally friendly. PC-Petrifier's low viscosity allows deep penetration into soft rotted wood fibre, restoring old wood to near structural integrity. Seal and restore rotted soft wood fibres in window sills, sashes, frames, trim, decorative beams and columns, etc. PC-Petrifier can also be used to prepare old wood for priming and painting. Apply to exposed wood grain to protect from damage. Not for structural repairs. If you have structural wood damage, please see our PC-Rot Terminator. Do not use in conjunction with other borate products.

Repair uses: Sealing and restoring rotted soft wood fibres found in window sills, sashes, frames, trim, fences, decks, paneling, log homes, playground equipment, picnic tables, cellar doors and planking (exposed end grain). PC-Petrifier can be used to prepare old wood for priming and painting.

PC-Rot Terminator® - buy online

A structural wood hardener designed to strengthen decayed or rotted wood. The mixture is a low viscosity liquid that penetrates porous surfaces filling and sealing voids with an epoxy that cures to a hard but durable component. PC-Rot Terminator is useful for replacement of missing wood fibres or wood resin. PC-Rot Terminator fills the voids in the wood with an elastomer that has strength greater than wood. PC-Rot Terminator acts as a binder that glues the wood fibres together. The wood fibres become much stronger in combination with the epoxy elastomer. PC-Rot Terminator contains 100% active ingredients and does not contain solvents which may evaporate and cause shrinkage.

Masonry uses: PC-Rot Terminator can be used to seal and protect concrete, brick and stone surfaces. Use for chemically resistant linings, mortar and secondary containment linings. Excellent for flooring and repairing cracked plaster.

Sealer uses: Protect drywall from water and moisture. Seal particle board and plywood around plumbing fixtures. Protect where there is condensation or leaks. Seal wood posts and end grain. Seal garage floors (floor should be clean and dry before application).

Marine uses: PC-Rot Terminator can be used to repair fibreglass boats. Repair holes and punctures using PC-Rot Terminator to wet out the surface and PC-11 or PC-7 paste epoxy as a filler. Use as a barrier coating for repaired hull. Secure loose hardware. Repair areas of delaminating fibreglass or wood. Seal cracks and scratches. (Do not attempt to gel coat over epoxy repairs.)

Epoxy repair uses: Repair dry rot on a wooden boats surface, deck, trim, hull and planking. Repair docks. Remove splinters from rails and board walks.
